Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon voiced concerns on Friday about the worsening health of Palestinian hunger strikers in Israeli detention and demanded that they either be formally charged or released immediately. An inmate sits on his bed at the jail where six crew members of Florida-based shipwreck salvage company Aqua Quest International have been held for a month, in Puerto Lempira, on the Mosquito coast of northeastern Honduras June 7, 2014. The crew of the Tarpon Springs-based shipwreck salvage company has been held for a month in the Honduras jail after authorities accused them of gun smuggling, a company spokesman said on Thursday. Stephen Mayne of Aqua Quest International, whose two brothers are among the six men being held, said the company had a contract with a local municipality to do salvage work. Mayne said the company told port officials in advance they would be carrying guns for protection against pirates. Colonel Antonio Sanchez, a spokesman for the Honduran armed forces, said the crew was arrested because they did not have permits to possess guns in the country. The writing on the wall reads, "Jesus said, I am the bread of life, he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth in me shall never thirst. Saint John 6:35". REUTERS/Jorge Cabrera
