A boy with his turban daubed in colours celebrates "Lathmar Holi" at Nandgaon, in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, February 28, 2015. In a Holi tradition unique to Nandgaon and Barsana villages, men sing provocative songs to gain the attention of women, who then "beat" them with bamboo sticks called "lathis". Holi, also known as the Festival of Colours, heralds the beginning of spring and is celebrated all over India. REUTERS/Ahmad Masood (INDIA - Tags: ANNIVERSARY SOCIETY RELIGION TPX IMAGES OF THE DAY)

A house which was damaged by fighting is seen in the town of Debaltseve February 25, 2015. Fighting over the railway hub of Debaltseve intensified in the days following a ceasefire deal meant to have taken effect on Feb. 15. Rebels who had encircled the town launched a massive assault, routing all Ukrainian forces by Feb. 18. The battle for the town caught civilians in the crossfire on a scale not yet seen in the war that has killed nearly 6,000 people. Most residential buildings in the town have been damaged by shelling or are burnt out. Picture taken February 25. Servando "La Tuta" Gomez is escorted by police officers during a media conference about his arrest in Mexico City February 27, 2015. Mexico captured its most wanted drug lord on Friday, former primary school teacher Servando "La Tuta" Gomez, and delivered a boost to a government battered by gang violence. The 49-year-old gang boss was the prime target of President Enrique Pena Nieto's effort to regain control of Michoacan, a western state wracked by clashes between Gomez's Knights Templar cartel and armed vigilantes trying to oust them. People gather to hear their leaders give a speech during the mass demonstration organized by the opposition alliance led by Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) demanding to draft the new constitution through consensus of all the political parties, in Kathmandu February 28, 2015. A new constitution is widely seen as crucial to ending the instability that has plagued Nepal since the end of a Maoist-led civil war in 2006 and settling the republic, nestled between regional powers India and China that jostle to woo a new geopolitical ally. But it has been thwarted by differences among political parties over how to divide the country into federal states. REUTERS/Navesh Chitrakar (NEPAL - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST)
