A Haitian suspected of being a multiple assassin for Aristide's Lavalas party is controlled by another man in Petit Goave, Haiti some 50 kms. (30 miles) south of Port-au-Prince March 3, 2004, three days after the departure of president Jean Bertrand Aristide.
