Extinct across much of the country by the end of the 1800s, the number of wild boar in Italy has almost doubled over the past decade and there are now about a million roaming the country, environmental and agricultural associations say. Donald Harry, 57, a home owner, poses for a portrait while grilling in his backyard in Ferguson, Missouri July 22, 2015. When asked how Michael Brown's death affected his life, Harry said, "Personally it did not affect me, but emotionally it was a major event. I felt sorry for what happened to the young man. I felt bad what my community and what the city went through. The chaos disrupted and is still causing disruption [in the community]. It was tragic." When asked what changes he has seen in his community over the past year, Harry said, "The community drew together and became closer. There is still a lot of work to be done between the community and city government. You can talk about change but until it is put into practice it's just words." On August 9, 2014 a white police officer shot unarmed black teenager Michael Brown dead in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri. A year later Reuters photographer Adrees Latif returned to Ferguson, where he has documented events in the past year, to capture the portraits of local residents and canvass their views. A vendor prepares grilled meat in the southeastern Turkish city of Diyarbakir March 21, 2010. People of Diyarbakir, the biggest city of Turkey, celebrate Newroz on Sunday. Newroz, which means 'new day' in Kurdish and marks the arrival of spring, has long served as a rallying cry for Kurdish nationalism and public celebrations were illegal in Turkey until 2000, when fighting between security forces and separatist guerrillas fell sharply.
