Former Imclone founder Sam Waksal climbs from his vehicle to make a
brief statement prior to entering the Schuylkill Correctional Facility,
to serve a prison sentence in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, July 23,
2003. Waksal, who founded ImClone Systems Inc. and was once a fixture
in high society, was set to start a seven-year prison sentence for
insider trading. Waksal reported to the minimum security Correctional
Institution in Minersville where he will work menial jobs such as
kitchen duty. He will go down as the first chief executive to serve
time for the big corporate scandals that rocked the business world over
