A dismantled Airbus A300 is seen through a window of a Boeing 747 in the recycling yard of Air Salvage International (ASI) in Kemble, central England November 27, 2013. Following an interim deal over Iran's nuclear activities, Tehran will be allowed limited purchases of aircraft parts and repairs. The immediate problem it faces is that some of its aircraft are so old that parts may not be readily available. Picture taken November 27, 2013. VISITORS LOOK TO AN AIRBUS A300-600 ST BELUGA TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT AT ILA AIRSHOW IN BERLIN.
Visitors follows the airshow of an Airbus A300-600 ST Beluga cargo plane, which is the world's biggest cargo aircraft on display at the International Aerospace Exhibition ILA at Berlin's Schoenefeld airport June 7. Airbus has been promoting its proposed A3XX superjumbo airliner for years, but the company's supervisory board was due to consider last month whether to authorise the consortium to actually sign contracts to supply the 555-seat plane. That board meeting was deferred, for unstated reasons, but has now been rescheduled to coincide with the timing, location and therefore publicity of the Berlin air show - ILA 2000.
