Former Prime Minister Shimon Peres lays a wreath at the assassination memorial to Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin as guests invited to attend the opening of The Peres Center for Peace attend the October 20 ceremony prior to the center's opening later this evening. Behind Peres is Presidential candidate from Colombia, Noemi Sanin, and former Venezuela Foreign Minister Andreas Perez (next to security agent in sun glasses).
