A Burmese stamp collector shows three new stamps issued by the Burma Posts and Telecommnications office to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) December 11. The three stamps went on sale at post offices countrywide at the price of one, two and four Kyats each (the official rate - 6 kyat equal to (U.S.) $1 blackmarket rate 100 kyat equal to (U.S.) $1.
