An Israeli Border-police patrol passes an elderly Palestinian beggar on their way into the Old City hours after a Jewish seminary student was killed in a post-midnight shooting attack November 20 which left another seriously wounded. Israel lashed out at Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Authority over the shooting with automatic weapons which police believe was carried out by Palestinian gunmen.
