A poster advertising hachis Parmentier (shepherd's pie) is seen on the store front of a Picard frozen food chain store in Vincennes, near Paris, February 13, 2013. Picard, France's largest frozen food chain with some 800 stores, removed its beef meat lasagne as well as chile con carne in a scandal over horsemeat sold as beef which has shocked consumers and exposed flaws in European systems of food safety control. Last week the British unit of frozen foods group Findus recalled its beef lasagne on advice from its French supplier, Comigel, after tests showed concentrations of horsemeat in a range from 60 to 100 percent.
