Supporters of British nanny Louise Woodward, including Ray Rounds carrying a sign reading "God help us if we jail Louise," march outside the Middlesex County Superior Courthouse in Cambridge, Masachusetts, November 3. About a hundred people rallied for Woodward, who was sentenced to life prison with a chance of parole in 15 years after being convicted of second degree murder for allegedly shaking to death infant Matthew Eappen while in her care in February 1997.
