Nepal's King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev (L) is presented with the report of the inquiry commission into the royal massacre by Chief Justice Keshab Prashad Upadhyay June 14, 2001. Nepal's Crown Prince Dipendra massacred almost his entire family, including his parents the king and queen, in a drunken rage, an official investigating panel said on Thursday. In a report released on Thursday night, it said it was certain Dipendra carried out the June 1 shootings, and that he fatally shot himself afterwards.
