Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen and his wife, Bun Rany, wave farewell to well-wishers at Phnom Penh's Pochentong Airport September 4, 2000 as they depart for the U.N. Millennium Summit in New York. Hun Sen said he has no plans to discuss the trial of former leaders of Khmer Rouge, blamed for some 1.7 million deaths during their 1975-79 "killing fields" regime, during the September 6-8 conference.
