An identified member of the Russian Federation's mission to the United Nations (C) talks to U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Zalmay Khalilzad (R) at the start of a meeting between the United Nations Security Council and the African Union Commission, at the African Union's headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia June 16, 2007. U.N. Security Council ambassadors landed in Ethiopia on Saturday pledging to help the African Union run peacekeeping missions in Sudan and Somalia.
