A frame with a sample to photo customise a sneaker is pictured in an Adidas pop-up store in Berlin December 2, 2014. Big consumer brands have latched on to personalised products because they seem to have a particular appeal to consumers known as "Millennials" in marketing speak. Used to posting selfie mobile phone shots on social media, this generation, who came of age from around 2000, wants something more than just the latest hot brand name. Millennials still like brands but expect them to listen and react to their ideas and criticism in real time and allow them a role in shaping future products. They have become a big focus of marketing experts as their spending power grows. Picture taken December 2, 2014. REUTERS/Hannibal Hanschke (GERMANY - Tags: BUSINESS SOCIETY)

An employee of Paris city Hall removes padlocks clipped by lovers on the fence of the Pont des Arts over the River Seine in Paris, December 9, 2014. For years, visiting couples have hung brass padlocks on the iron grills lining the city's bridges to symbolise their undying love - they write their names on the locks, then toss the key into the Seine below. About 700,000 love locks are added every few months and Paris officials say they are damaging the bridges and threatening safety because of the added weight. A city hall campaign to save the bridges of Paris from the weight of hundreds of thousands of brass "love locks" has not checked the ardour of droves of tourists, who continue to view the City of Light as the City of Love. Steven Nordaby, of Calvi Electric, latches the letter M from the signage of Trump Plaza Casino onto a truck in Atlantic City, New Jersey October 6, 2014. Workers began removing the large letters spelling out the Trump name from the shuttered Trump Plaza casino in Atlantic City on Monday after real-estate mogul Donald Trump sued to end a licensing deal that allowed the casino owners to use his name. Trump, who has emblazoned his name across properties in various U.S. cities, sued in August to have his name taken off the Trump Plaza, which closed last month, and the nearby Trump Taj Mahal, which is on the verge of closing. A padlock secures the shutters of a shop in Buenos Aires, September 5, 2014. Argentina's government is ramping up state intervention in the economy to try to prevent a new debt default from triggering a balance of payments crisis but its policies are also battering business confidence and may deepen a recession. In the six weeks since Argentina failed to complete a debt coupon payment and defaulted for the second time in 12 years, the government has restricted the amount of dollars available to importers, boosted subsidies and drawn up proposals to interfere in private companies' output plans. A padlock holds an entrance gate closed to block vehicle access to the beach in Daytona Beach, Florida, as Hurricane Sandy passes offshore October 26, 2012. Hurricane Sandy, a late-season Atlantic storm unlike anything seen in more than two decades, slogged slowly toward the U.S. East Coast on Friday after killing at least 41 people as it cut across the Caribbean. Forecasters said Sandy, with an expanding wind field already 550 miles wide, had begun merging with a polar air mass over the eastern United States, potentially spawning a hybrid "super storm" that could wreak havoc along the East Coast. A man sells locks and chains inside a compartment of the Kalka Mail passenger train on the way to Kolkata March 20, 2012. By the end of the day, about 40 people on average will have died somewhere on the network of 64,000 km (39,800 miles) of track. Many will be slum-dwellers and poor villagers who live near the lines and use them as places to wash and as open toilets. Some will have fallen off overcrowded commuter trains. Of the 20 million people who travel daily on the network, many will arrive hours, even a day, behind schedule, having clattered along tracks and been guided by signalling systems built before India gained independence from Britain in 1947.
