Labourers load mustard oil containers onto a supply truck at a wholesale market in Kolkata, India, June 26, 2015. For years Indian businesses have lobbied for a nationwide sales tax, hoping to replace a chaotic structure that inflates costs and halts their trucks at state borders for duty payments, and to unify the country into one of the world's largest single markets. But after political compromises that finally got a goods and services tax (GST) bill before parliament, they have turned wary. Picture taken June 26. REUTERS/Rupak De Chowdhuri

Naga men prepare dinner at a hunting base camp in an opium field during a hunting trip between Donhe and Lahe township in the Naga Self-Administered Zone in northwest Myanmar December 26, 2014. The traditional dish includes leaves from opium poppies as well as mustard, which the Naga plant in poppy fields because they say that gives it a better flavour. One man holds a walkie-talkie, used because there is no phone reception in this remote area. On Myanmar's mountainous frontier with India live the Naga, a group of tribes historically known as warriors who kept the heads of enemies they killed. In Myanmar, around 120,000 people live in the Naga Self-Administered Zone in Sagaing Division where they survive mainly by subsistence farming and hunting. Cultural practices are changing - for example, younger men now wear trousers rather than traditional loincloths - although many Naga communities remain impoverished and inaccessible by road. The Naga speak dozens of languages and many of those in Myanmar use Burmese as a lingua franca. REUTERS/Soe Zeya Tun (MYANMAR - Tags: AGRICULTURE SOCIETY FOOD)

A bomb-disposal expert listens to the sound made by liquid from an unexploded bomb to determine that it is a mustard gas shell found by a French farmer while ploughing his fields in Courcelette the scene of a WWI battlefield in the Somme, 98 years ago, March 19, 2014. Every year farmers unearth several tonnes of shells, shrapnel, gas shells, unexploded grenades, called "engins de mort" (weapons of death), that bomb-disposal experts of Amiens remove and destroy. The year 2014 marks the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War. Picture taken March 19, 2014. REUTERS/Pascal Rossignol (FRANCE - Tags: MILITARY ANNIVERSARY SOCIETY)

A mustard field is seen in front of the cooling towers of the Temelin nuclear power plant near the South Bohemian city of Tyn nad Vltavou April 12, 2014. The Czech Republic wants to continue expanding nuclear energy capacity despite cancelling a tender to build two new units and believes the European Union should be more supportive of atomic power, Industry Minister Jan Mladek said April 14, 2014. Majority state-owned CEZ cancelled a tender last week to build two new 1,200 MW units at the Temelin nuclear power station. The move followed a sharp fall in European power prices, and the government's denial of price guarantees had made the $10-15 billion project uneconomical. In an interview, Mladek suggested that the best hope for the future expansion of nuclear power would be a shift in EU policy away from priority support for renewable energy towards more backing for the nuclear option. General view of the control center during a media demonstration at the Society for the Disposal of Chemical Weapons and Ordnance (GEKA) in Munster, March 5, 2014. The state owned GEKA is the only German company which is able to destroy chemical munitions and explosives. Syria has shipped out about a third of its chemical weapons, including mustard gas, for destruction abroad, the global chemical arms watchdog, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) said on Tuesday. They are to be transferred to the U.S. ship MV Cape Ray and commercial destruction facilities in the United Kingdom and Germany, as part of a Russian-U.S. deal struck last year.
