NatWest Chairman Lord Alexander leans on a sign in front of the City's tallest building, the NatWest Tower in London May 19. Lord Alexander announced that the tower, which is presently undergoing a 75 million pound (sterling) redevelopment following the 1993 bombing of Bishopsgate by the IRA, will be known in future as the International Finance Centre.
