Seven-year-old Masyoshi Kaneta plays a Nintendo Wii U game in the living room of his home in Koriyama, west of the tsunami-crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, Fukushima prefecture February 28, 2014. March 11 marks the third anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. In Koriyama, a short drive from the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant, the city recommended shortly after the disaster that children up to two years old not spend more than 15 minutes outside each day. Those aged 3 to 5 should limit their outdoor time to 30 minutes or less. The limits were lifted last year, but many kindergartens and nursery schools continue to obey them even now in line with the wishes of worried parents. An annual survey by the Fukushima prefecture Board of Education found that children in Fukushima weighed more than the national average in virtually every age group. The cause seems to be a lack of exercise and outdoor activity. Picture taken February 28, 2014. REUTERS/Toru Hanai (JAPAN - Tags: DISASTER EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT HEALTH)

A staff member waits for customers next to a television set displaying the user interface of an Xbox console, at the video games section of a mall specialising in information technology, in Beijing, January 7, 2014. None of the Xboxes, PlayStations and Wiis in the mall, nor their accompanying games, are legal in China. Instead they are bought and imported from places like the U.S. and Europe and, in the case of the Xbox and Wii, modified to play pirated copies of games which can go for less than 10 yuan ($1.65) instead of their usual $60. That could change, after China's government temporarily lifted a 14-year-old ban on game console sales on Monday, prompting Nintendo stocks to surge 11 percent to a two-and-a-half-year high on Wednesday. A cashier stands in front of a display of Nintendo Wii U gamepads and consoles in a Toys R Us store on Thanksgiving Day in Times Square, New York November 22, 2012. Traditionally, retailers enticed holiday shoppers with "doorbuster" deals early Black Friday morning. Then they shifted to midnight following Thanksgiving. This year, Target Corp has joined Wal-Mart and Gap Inc in being open at least part of the day, and some retailers will be open throughout the day, a trend that began to take hold in 2011.
