Sean McCoy is towed out of the Key West area as he begins a 109-mile parasail flight to Cuba September 10 on the 19th anniversary of his father's water ski sojourn along a similar route. McCoy made the trip in six hours, 55 minutes to stake his claim as the first person to make the journey on a parasail.
