Cash, 65, has cancelled his national book-signing tour and an upcoming concert tour because of his worsening medical condition, according to an ABC News Radio report. "Cash feels he is physically not up to the tour," the network quoted his publicist as saying. The Rock and Roll and Country Hall of Famer "felt he had to go public," the publicist said.
