Sweden's Erik Ostland (C), 65, and Norway's Jahn Nielsen (R), 50, cover their faces as they are led by prison guards to a magistrate's court in the western Sri Lankan town of Negombo May 21. Ostland and Nielsen were arrested by police in April for allegedy sexually abusing two 15-year-old Sri Lankan boys. Sri Lanka in recent years has tightened laws to protect the rights of children following an increase in the number of cases of pedophilia and other offences against minors.
