A notice reading, "Closed to respect the dead and wounded in the events in Oslo and Budskerud on Friday" is attached to the security advisory of the closed Skytterkollen shooting range, in Edismarka village near Oslo July 28, 2011. Ila prison is only a few hundred metres away from the shooting range where Norwegian gunman Anders Behring Breivik was training. Breivik, a far-right zealot whose bomb attack and shooting spree killed 76 people last Friday, has been charged under the terrorism act, which carries a maximum penalty of 21 years in jail, but the authorities are considering whether to charge him with crimes against humanity. The shooting range is closed for handguns and long rifles training. REUTERS/Wolfgang Rattay (NORWAY - Tags: CIVIL UNREST CRIME LAW)
