Albanian Prime Minister Ilir Meta and his wife Monika hold quintuplets born to an impoverished Albanian family a year ago, in Tirana, December 11. The Meta's own daughter, Bora, is at left, behind her mother. Meta, at 30 the youngest prime minister in Europe, told the parents he came to wish the quituplets well on their first anniversary and hinted the government would see what it can do to help the family. A Dutch association, "People for People" has paid the rent of the family's apartment in Tirana and a small sum for food but its help will run out in January. "I came to wish them happy birthday," said Meta, hinting also that he would investigate ways of helping them.
