A King Penguin crosses in front of a flock of Gentoo Penguins near Port Stanley in this May 16, 2010 photo. A potential oil find near the remote Falkland Islands has the British territory's residents hopeful of an economic boom but concerned for wildlife, including some of the world's largest breeding populations of rockhopper penguins, gentoo penguins and black-browed albatross as well as marine invertebrates unique to the archipelago's 700 tiny islands. The Ocean Guardian semi-submersible drilling rig floats tethered to the sea floor just three days after beginning its contracted well for Rockhopper Exploration a little more than 100 km (62 miles) offshore from the Falkland Islands, in this April 19, 2010 file photo. A potential oil find near the remote Falkland Islands has the British territory's residents hopeful of an economic boom but anxious to preserve their quiet ways and avoid conflict with Argentina, which claims the islands as its own. The rig is being shared by different oil companies with concessions in the Falkland Basin, having drilled the first well for Desire Petroleum before beginning the current one for Rockhopper Exploration.
