Police barriers line the perimeter of the Prime Minister's office, preventing vehicles, pedestrians along with members of the Highway Re-route Movement and its leader Wayne Kubalsingh from continuing their silent sit down protest, in St Clair, Port-of-Spain November 26, 2012. The Movement is demanding that the government re-route the construction of a new highway from San Fernando to Point Fortin in southern Trinidad, which the group claims would displace more than 300 families and also have a negative environmental impact on the Oropouche Lagoon.
