RESIDENCY IN HONG KONG. 
Eighteen-year-old Chinese migrant Lin Yeung-ming (2nd R) and her elder
twin sister Lin Yeung-oi are surrounded by journalists as they arrive
at an Immigration office in Hong Kong April 16, 2002. After years of
tortuous separation from her family, the Chinese authorities has
allowed Yeung-ming to stay in Hong Kong. Yeung-ming's paticularly
heartbreaking story has been under the media glare in recent months.
The twins were separated after a game of "rock, paper and scissors"
when the authorities would allow only one of them leaving mainland
