A flock of Lesser Spotted Eagles fly after taking off from their night roost near Afula, northern Israel October 5, 2010. The entire world population, more than 100.000 birds, of this globally endangered species migrates over Israel in spring and autumn, making it a mecca for birdwatchers. The heavy and large birds pose a considerable threat to aviation in the small airspace of Israel. Picture taken October 5, 2010. TEENAGERS GATHER ROUND CAMPFIRE DURING WILDERNESS ADVENTURE IN TENNESSEE VALLEY.
Teenagers gather round a campfire during a wilderness adventure in Eagle County, Colorado in this undated photograph. The teenagers slog up a mountain wearing snow shoes, carrying heavy packs and dragging their food behind in sleds. Most do not seem to be enjoying the experience. A rash of school shootings across the nation has focused intense attention on how to spot and help teenagers in trouble. For these students from Eagle County in Colorado, a three-day winter wilderness experience is one attempt to help. The trip is organized by "Meet the Wilderness", a non-profit organization working with local Colorado and inner-city youth.
