FILE PHOTO 7DEC69 - Tiny Tim, the eccentric ukelele-strumming performer best known for his rendition of "Tip-toe thru' the tulips with me," died late November 30 at the age of 66. A nursing supervisor at Hannepin County Medical Center said the entertainer went into cardiac arrest and died shortly after entering the hospital.
