Journalists and residents stand outside the building where Anne Darwin is believed to live in Panama City December 5, 2007. British detectives said on Wednesday they had arrested Darwin's husband, John, who reappeared more than five years after he was presumed drowned in a canoeing accident. In an interview with a newspaper from her new home in Panama published on Wednesday, Anne, 55, said she had cashed in her husband's life insurance policies but said she had done so because she believed he was dead. She left Britain for central America with 450,000 pounds ($900,000) shortly before her husband's return after selling her home. REUTERS/Alberto Lowe (PANAMA)
