Two bombs went off early today outside an Israeli owned bank and a government office causing extensive damage but no casualties police said. The offices of Reuters News Picture Service and United Press International located opposite the Leumi Bank were severely damaged in the first blast. Police later said the attack against the National Immigration Office was claimed by the left-wing urban guerrilla group Action Directe. Picture taken April 13, 1985 REUTERS/Staff
