Cambodia's monarch King Norodom Sihanouk greets wellwishers in Phnom Penh upon his return from Beijing March 11. Sihanouk, who recently announced that he is suffering from a brain lesion and grave arterial problems, has ruled that parliament president Chea Sim will become regent when these ailments inevitably incapacitate him.
