United States President Bill Clinton lays a wreath at the grave of assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin as his widow Leah Rabin watches March 14 on Mt. Herzl Military Cemetery. The wreath says "Shalom Haver" or Good-bye Friend in Hebrew and English.
