Two Bosnian men reinstall a window frame March 20 in a house that was looted by departing Serbs in the formerly Serb held suburb of Grbavica which reverted to government control yesterday. Tensions eased in Sarajevo when Bosnian government troops complied with the Dayton peace agreement and began pulling out of a demilitarised zone in the city just hours before the Tuesday midnight deadline.
