The Prince of Wales tours the poor Paris suburbs of Pont-Yblon at Dugny, March 27. Prince Charles is in Paris to attend a birthday Gala evening for Mstislav Rostropovich and took time out to tour several suburban areas beforehand. At right is French Minister for Urban Areas Eric Raoult.
