Papua New Guinean civilians form a queue outside a bank in the South Pacific Island's captial Port Moresby, as businesses reopened after ten days of political unrest ended, March 27. Prime Minister Sir Julius Chan announced he would stand aside March 26, pending an investigation into the use of mercenaries to end the conflict on Bougainville island.
