Russian Pavel Tonkov grimaces on his way to winning the third stage of Giro D'Italia cycling race, an 18 km time trial from Santarcangelo to San Marino May 19. Tonkov is now the overall leader of the pink jersey and is one second ahead of compatriot Yevgeny Berzin.
