Nevada Athletic Commission Chairman Dr. Elias Ghanem (C) and commission member Dr. James Nave (2nd L) listen to Mike Tyson's attorney Marty Keach in Las Vegas July 1. The commission temporarily suspended Tyson and froze his $30 million purse from the bout as a first move until the commission decides final action next week. Tyson, who bit Holyfield in both ears during the third round of the fight and was disqualified, did not appear at the hearing.
