FILIPINO MILITANT STUDENTS STAGES A DIE-IN PROTEST IN MANILA
Hundreds of placard-bearing Filipino students lie on the street infront of historic Manila hotel June 25 while Philippine President Fidel Ramos delivers his message to a World Congress on Higher Education. The students denounced the rising fees of Philippine schools. The students dispersed peacefully after their program.
