A pedestrian heading home from work in the coastal community of Revere, Massachusetts, on Boston's North shore, finds herself buffeted by high winds and driven snow as she walks to her car March 31. A spring "Northeaster" brought winds as high as 70 miles per hour and snows expected to reach as much as twenty inches to the area despite the calendar showing spring is supposed to have already begun.
