A Hong Kong protester hands a letter to United Nations High Commisioner for Refugees (UNHCR) chief Sadako Ogata (R), inscribed with "UN: Pay the debt HK$11.5 billion you owe the HK (Hong Kong) people", as she arrives for a news conference in Hong Kong March 10. Ogata said on Monday she was hopeful Hong Kong would maintain a humane asylum policy beyond the territory's reversion to Chinese sovereignty at midnight of June 30 this year.
