NEW HEAD OF RUSSIAN AEROFLOT OKULOV ATTENDS A PARTY IN MOSCOW
Valery Okulov, President Boris Yeltsin's son-in-law, who was recently named as acting head of Aeroflot, Russia's state airline, is seen during a party March 14. Okulov, 45, who is married to Yeltsin's elder daughter Yelena, has been deputy head of the company before Yeltsin appointed the company's previous chief to his Kremlin staff.
