President of Ireland Mary Robinson passes a guard of honour upon her arrival at Dutch Queen Beatrix palace "Huis ten Bosch" in The Hague, March 18. Robinson is in the Netherlands for a two-day visit and will visit the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal tomorrow.
