INJURED PALESTINIAN IS CARRIED AWAY FROM BETHLEHEM CLASHES
An injured Palestinian youth is carried away March 20 after he was hit by a rubber bullet fired by Israeli soldiers during clashes over the controversial Israeli action of breaking ground at the settlement of Har Homa in Arab East Jerusalem. Palestinian police tried to restrain hundreds of protesting Palestinians who broke through their lines during a march and began pelting the Israeli troops with stones. Israeli troops responded by firing scores of rounds of tear gas to keep the crowd away.
