A wounded man, shot in the leg, cries out in pain as a soldier approches to help him during the looting of a military base near the southern town of Elbasan March 12. An angry crowd of about 100 Albanians denouncing President Sali Berisha invaded the base and looted its' stock of rifles and ammunition.
