A barmaid holds a special cocktail called "Bill and Boris" March 18 to commemorate the visit to Helsinki by Russian President Boris Yeltsin and United States President Bill Clinton. The drink is made from vodka, brandy, peach nectar, lemon juice, orange juice and blue syrup. The two presidents are to meet for a two-day Summit in Finland's capital on Thursday.
