Russian Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin (C) chairs a session of the Political Consultative Council in Moscow, January 28, which discussed the situation following Monday's presidential and parliamentary elections in Chechnya. The other members of the council are: Ivan Rybkin (L), Security Council Secretary, Anatoly Chubais (2L), presidential administration head, Yegor Stroyev (2R), Federation Council chairman and Gennady Seleznyov (R), State Duma chairman.
