Indonesian Finance Minister Mar'ie Muhammad (2R) speaks to reporters while announcing Indonesia's agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a comprehensive programme to restore confidence in the economy October 31. Indonesia announced on October 8 it was approaching the IMF, World Bank and the Asian Development Bank for assistance in stabilising the tumbling rupiah and restoring confidence in the financial market.
