Russian Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin (R) invites Liechtenstein's Prince Hans-Adam II for talks in Moscow September 9. Prince Hans-Adam II recently returned rare archives to Russia on the last days of murdered Tsar Nicholas II, in exchange for his own family's royal archive, which was seized by Red Army troops at the end of World War Two.
