ALBERT HO HOLDS FLOWERS AT VICTORY DAY CEREMONY
Albert Ho (R), Chairman of the Association for Promotion of War Reparation, holds flowers August 18 to commemorate those who died during the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong in World War Two. The ceremony marked the first Sino-Japanese War Victory Day in Hong Kong, since the former British colony reverted to Chinese rule. Hong Kong leader Tung Chee-hwa has come under attack, after it was announced earlier that there would be no official service to mark the anniversary.
