Argentine Presidents Carlos Menem, Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso (C) and Chilean President Eduardo Frei (R) chat August 23 immediately after posing for the official photo at the XI Annual Rio Group Summit at the Paraguayan Yacht and Golf Club. The three presidents declared that their countries' friendship was unhurt by a recent dispute over the designation of a seat for Latin America on the U.N. Security Council.
